Get a bird’s eye view of the construction progress of Kindred Resort, the most luxurious new ski-in, ski-out property in the Colorado Rockies.
We’re in the home stretch of construction with plans for a December 2025 soft opening of the West Residences and The Kindred Hotel, a RockResort with an anticipated opening for the East Residences at Kindred Resort in early 2026. Flooring is being installed in the lobby and hotel corridors. The bar for Kindred Spirits is being constructed, and progress is being made in the Kids Zone and The Kindred Club.
West Residence 113 – the Riverside Suite – is completed and features Wolf and Subzero appliances, along with high-end finishes and access to first-of-its-kind amenities like a private club, valet parking, ski valet and slopeside pool and hot tubs.
Outside, the landscaping continues with the irrigation systems in place and trees being planted. In the courtyard, the firepits have been delivered and should be fired up in the next few months!
