We’re excited with the construction progress happening at Kindred Resort this summer, with many of the first floor West Tower residences close to being finished and undergoing the construction punch list process. In the Hotel Tower, the 2nd floor hotel rooms are undergoing the construction punch list process.
In the Mountain Vista Ballroom, the ceiling is nearly finished – creating an even more dramatic and stunning space to host your next special event or meeting.
Outside, the PCL Construction crew has completed the grand staircase and the gondola plaza is taking shape. The outdoor slopeside pool is being finalized and the fire pits are being installed around the property. The exterior is nearing its final stages with the snowmelt systems installed and the pavers put into place. The last of the scaffolding should be removed from the East Tower and Hotel Tower by the end of the summer.
