We’re getting ready to roll out the red carpet to welcome you to Kindred Resort for our soft opening of the Hotel hopefully by the end of the year. This is a tight schedule and things may shift due to a number of variables, including weather, staffing, permitting, approvals, etc. We’re doing everything we can to keep the construction on track.
The West Residences and Hotel’s public opening is set for mid January followed by the East Tower’s opening later in 2026. The Vail Resorts team is accepting public reservations for the hotel and residences starting on Jan. 16, 2026. At this point, the resort team hasn’t shifted those dates any earlier. Please be aware that the schedules might move depending on the construction timeline, approvals and other variables.
In preparation, our crew recently rolled out the astroturf in the Kindred Courtyard. Wow! Look at that view. Imagine gathering here, in the Courtyard, just steps to the River Run Gondola. It’s the perfect spot to meet friends and family before or after your mountain adventures and enjoy the signature s’mores with campfire storytelling.
We’re thrilled to announce that another Kindred Residence is under contract. Please join us in welcoming our newest residents to Kindred and our newest kindred spirits.
