As the Kindred team rings in the new year, they’d like to say thank you to the community, for being such an important part of Kindred. The community’s belief, patience and enthusiasm are helping to bring Kindred to life as the most luxurious new ski-in, ski-out resort in the Colorado Rockies.
It was a busy holiday season and construction continues to progress into the new year. The construction team is taking some extra time now to make sure everything is done right before we open.
Here’s a first look at the lobby for Kindred Resort. The furniture is being installed in the lobby and the spa treatment rooms are almost finished.

The finishing touches are being added to the West Tower Residences with even more furniture being moved in and artwork hung on the walls. The chandeliers in the hotel were unwrapped and revealed. And, the wall coverings were hung in the fitness center, located in the East Tower.
Construction progress is moving along and Kindred is getting so close to completion, and the team hopes to share the official opening date with you soon and welcoming everyone to Kindred with: storytelling around the firepits, first tracks and last runs, new memories and friendships old and new.
